Be sure to order by the discount deadline to ensure the discount pricing. All products ordered after the deadline will be priced at the regular rate.

Carpet is MANDATORY for this event. Booths without carpet will be added at the exhibitor's expense.

Move-Out Note
All carriers must check in no later than 3:00PM on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.
Provided Booth Equipment

Booth Information

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8'H Draped backwall
  • 3'H Draped sidewall
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign

Carpet is NOT included with booth fees. Exhibitors must provide approved floor covering for their booth space, or carpet will be added at the exhibitor's expense.

 

Show Colors

Back Drape: Purple/White

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in Tuxedo.

Carpet is MANDATORY in ALL booth spaces.

Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and Friday, October 30, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
